How to Return

To start a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

• Email us at instabrowshop@gmail.com with your order number
• Let us know the reason for your return (optional but helpful)
• We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in original or gently used condition
• Original packaging is preferred but not required
• We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

• Approval: Within 24 hours of receiving your return request
• Processing: 3–5 business days after we receive the item
• Credit: May take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
